Hello friends I am yet to complete my trip story to you all and forgive me for the delay. As planned I have started from Coimbatore but my unusual my trip was so hard. It was pouring like anything and the roads were partially visible. It was very tough and challenging to drive on a road filed with trucks and pits. And finally I got in to the highway which was brilliant as usual right from my journey but the rains have not stopped and it was pouring like anything. My sweet newly constructed home is located on the way to Chennai so I have planned to have my dinner at my home. But unfortunately I reached my sweet home around 01:00AM but still my mom served me with yummy dosa and stuff. After a refreshing supper, I have resumed my driving and the music started playing. Not event crossed 50Kms from my place, I banged my car over a huge stone which was lying on the middle of the road and my car stopped immediately. It was a complete mess as my front left lamps and lights were completely gone. I don’t have any other option and I started from that place but my speed was less and my concentration was more. Finally when I was around 140Kms away from Chennai, the rain gods came down and completely stopped my journey as I couldn’t even view the road and I had parked my car on a truck bay and slept off in the car. Once the rain stopped, I started from there and reached Chennai by 10AM and still my journey was interesting, challenging and fun. Had a complete day of rest and I resumed to work on the next day.
I was very much flabbergasted to see an American President like him. He has become people’s ray of hope and to be frank people of America addressed him as people’s leader rather than an American leader.
He in fact is a great admirer of Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi. He has been following Gandhi’s path and he promises to be a reminiscent of the Indian supreme. I have seen many leaders from the United States of America. But I found Obama to be a discrete American President.
Right from the day he was elected he has been a distinct person in all aspects. For example he was the first Black Afro-American President of United States of America. He has become a special person all over the world and is liked by all economies of the world. He has literally become a star.
I was amazed to see him bow to the Japanese Emperor, Inviting Indian PM Dr. Manmohan Singh for a dinner and not to forget the racially abused scientist for a mug of Beer along with the policeman who abused him. It is something to be applauded and I am doing it right from my heart.
Friends I am back to share you some splendid moments happened during my trip to Coimbatore from Bangalore. I have started by 10:00PM last night from Bangalore and came out of the hectic traffic by 11PM. The climate at Bangalore was at its best which usually to be and highway was stunning. The drive was amazing as I came across some famous places like Mettur, Sathyamangalam and etc. But when I got close to Coimbatore when around 20kms to go I was completely sleepy and I have lost my road for a second. Then my mind got freshened up when I saw a reptile crossing the road. The moment I saw I just applied my brake and let the reptile to cross. What a snake it was and it was struggling to cross the road since his stomach was filled and oops the snake was around 4 to 6mts long. After that my mind was fresh and it was ready to drive another 1000kms. Finally I reached Coimbatore around 05:00AM and had a nice sleep. My day went on well as I have done with my work and now I am about to start to Chennai. I wish to complete my trip on high and hope for the same!! Friends this post is to share my wonderful experience which started last night. Basically I am very fond of driving and I had plans of going for a long drive. I got an opportunity to experience that on 02nd Nov 09 when my boss said I got a work at Bangalore. As per the plan I started from Chennai to Bangalore on 03rd midnight and the midnight was at its best because of the drizzle. What an essence to enjoy a drive at a splendid highway and the drizzle made my journey very pleasant and interesting. I drove at an average speed because of the slippery roads but still the ride was awesome. The speed was on after sometime and I reached Bangalore by today morning. After sometime of rest, I started to my office and when I came back I got to know that I need to travel to Coimbatore from Bangalore since I got a meeting which got confirmed at the very last moment. So am starting to Coimbatore in some time and I will be back with my tonight experience in my next post!!
